Originalkunstwerke / Original Artworks

Da jedes Originalkunstwerk ein Unikat ist, sind Originalwerke grundsätzlich vom Umtausch und von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen, sofern kein Mangel vorliegt.

As each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, original artworks are generally excluded from return and exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Kunstdrucke / Art Prints

Kunstdrucke können innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgegeben werden, sofern sie sich in ihrem ursprünglichen, unbeschädigten Zustand befinden. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer, sofern kein Mangel vorliegt.

Art prints may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Beschädigte oder fehlerhafte Artikel / Damaged or Defective Items

Sollte Ihre Bestellung beschädigt oder fehlerhaft ankommen, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt unter larissamarieart@outlook.com mit Fotos des Schadens. Ich werde das Problem umgehend lösen.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt at larissamarieart@outlook.com with photos of the damage. I will resolve the issue promptly.

Widerrufsrecht / Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Verbraucher innerhalb der EU haben das Recht, diesen Vertrag binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen — außer bei Originalkunstwerken, die aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit als Unikat vom Widerrufsrecht ausgenommen sind (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason — except for original artworks, which are exempt from the right of withdrawal as unique, custom items (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
